Over the week, Miss Eva Longoria Parker came to Las Vegas to meet with Bobby Baldwin, the President and CEO of CityCenter as well as Frank Visconti, president of Crystals at CityCenter, to discuss her Las Vegas debut of BESO Las Vegas – her famed restaurant and nightclub.

This December, Eva will bring the Hollywood hot spot to the Las Vegas Strip inside Crystals – which is set to be CityCenter’s phenomenal retail and entertainment district. It’s called BESO – and it will take a Latin approach to classic steakhouse cuisine. It’ll feature a contemporary dinner menu in which Eva Longoria shares her own personal recipes.

Since BESO opened in Hollywood in 2007, it has become the Hollywood hot-spot for mega-stars including Victoria and David Beckham, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Salma Hayek and others. We can’t wait to see what BESO Las Vegas will bring to Sin City, in just a few months! Stay tuned!
